When you fully complete the questionnaire and press the submit button, you will be asked to complete some additional demographic questions consisting of:
- Birth Year
- First Language
- Country of Residence
- Country of Nationality
- Employment Status and related questions.
- For Full-time, Part-time or Self-Employed Status: you will need to complete additional questions on Job Title, Job Level, Sector, Role, Number of Staff in your organization and how many years of experience.
- If the user chooses Retired, Not currently employed, Student, or Prefer Not to Say: no further questions are required to complete.
Completing the Lumina profile will automatically redirect you back to Magnet where you will be brought into the final step of Onboarding.
Completion Confirmation
You can only reach Step Three once your questionnaire is complete. You will be redirected to this page automatically from the Lumina site upon completion of the questionnaire and answering the Lumina profile questions. This step provides confirmation to you that your questionnaire is complete.
Clicking “Continue” will complete your onboarding process and allow you to access the rest of your account features.
After completing the questionnaire, you will receive a PDF document detailing your personality profile according to the results of your survey. Note there may be a delay of up to 15 minutes from the time the survey was completed to when the PDF is received in your account on Magnet.
